The terms may change, so please be sure to check them before each commission so you are not caught unaware.❤WHAT I WILL AND WILL NOT DRAW❤ I am perfectly happy to draw any gender or sexual orientation, but please keep in mind I have trouble with muscular/bulky builds.
❤ I can draw creatures/animals/anthro/non-humanoids.
❤ Unless personal reasons apply, I am willing to draw mild or extreme gore.
❤ I can draw NSFW. There may be an extra fee for explicit fetish or extreme NSFW commissions.𝒙 I will not draw complex robots/mecha.
𝒙 I will not draw vore, hate or political art.
𝒙 I will not draw anything that personally makes me uncomfortable. Please respect that.❤IMPORTANT DETAILS❤ Please provide references for your character/background/actions/prompt ect. Any unspecified details will be left to my creativity.❤ Give every detail of what you would like in the commission beforehand. It's normal to forget, so minor changes during earlier phases are alright, but any major, extreme or overly repetitive changes after the sketch phase may be added as an extra fee.❤ For fullbody commissions, please specify your preferred dimensions, or simply whether you'd prefer a landscape or portrait default. Bust shots have set dimensions for a single character, but the dimensions can be discussed if working with several characters in one piece.❤ Please specify if you'd like WIPs of your commission, as I usually finish pieces in one sitting, and the process will take longer if I wait for the approval of each stage. You can request a WIP of the completion of the sketch, pen, colour and glow stages.❤ I may contact you if there are any concerns about the style or aspects of the commissions. Keep in mind that if I do not receive a response, I may not be able to continue the piece until you do.❤ If you need the commission completed by a certain time, you must warn me beforehand (before payment, during the ordering stage). If I do not believe I can finish in time, I have the right to decline the commission. If you wish to strictly oversee the progress of the piece, only to be unresponsive for long periods of time, keep in mind that I am not responsible for the lack of timely completion, nor will you be compensated for your own neglect.❤ I have the right to decline any commission without providing reason for doing so.❤ If you do not like how the commission turned out and want a completely different one, the payment you gave for the piece I already finished will not cover a brand new commission.❤ The end result may be posted to social media, and the process may be streamed and/or I may post a public speedpaint. If you prefer the commission be private, please let me know beforehand.❤ All payments will be done through Artistree in USD.❤ Payment is all upfront, after I have confirmed that I will work on your commission. For security reasons, I will only start working on the piece or sending WIPs after I can confirm the money has properly transferred.❤ Haggling, "It's my birthday", or using self-pity for free art is not acceptable. I only make free art for my friends.❤ Once the payment has been sent, getting any sort of refund is no longer available unless I am unable to complete the commission.❤ You may not resell the commission or claim it as a work created by you.❤ I do not condone my work being used for AI training purposes.❤ I do not condone my work being used as or for any NFT purposes.❤ I retain the rights to all my creations. I may upload it on social media, include it in portfolios, use it to promote myself in any place or publish books with it. If it is a private commission, it will not be uploaded anywhere.❤ Unless specified (prices are dependent), all commissions are only for personal or non-profit use. You may not use it as merchandise or any other commercial use. They may be posted on other websites or used as avatars, banners, ect if credit is given.❤ You cannot edit my work without my specified permission.
